1. Services

BoostUpSale provides professional Google Ads services, including but not limited to:

• Google Ads Campaign Setup
• Campaign Management
• Google Ads Account Audit
• Keyword Research
• Conversion Tracking Setup
• Google Tag Manager Configuration
• Performance Optimisation
• Google Ads Consultation

No other services are included unless agreed in writing.

2. Service Agreement

Each project is customised based on the client’s business objectives and advertising requirements.

The scope of work, pricing, deliverables, and timeline will be agreed upon before the project begins.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information.
• Grant access to their Google Ads account and other necessary Google services.
• Respond promptly to requests for information or approvals.
• Ensure that all advertisements, products, services, and website content comply with applicable laws and Google Ads policies.

Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their advertisements and website content.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed before work begins.

Services may require full or partial payment in advance.

Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination of services.

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. No Guarantee of Results

BoostUpSale applies industry best practices to manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns. However, we do not guarantee:

• Specific sales or revenue
• A certain number of leads
• Conversion rates
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Cost per Click (CPC)
• Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
• Ad approval
• Continuous account availability
• Top ad positions

Advertising results depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including competition, advertising budget, website quality, user behaviour, seasonal demand, and Google’s advertising systems.

6. Google Ads Policies

Clients acknowledge that Google may:

• Reject advertisements
• Suspend campaigns
• Suspend advertising accounts
• Change advertising policies
• Modify auction behaviour or platform features

BoostUpSale cannot guarantee approval of advertisements or reinstatement of suspended accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their Google Ads account, advertising content, and business assets.

BoostUpSale retains ownership of its internal methodologies, optimisation processes, templates, and proprietary systems.

8. Confidentiality

All client information shared with BoostUpSale will be treated as confidential and used solely for providing the agreed services unless disclosure is required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoostUpSale shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Loss of advertising opportunities
• Google Ads account suspension
• Policy violations committed by the client
• Any indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Cancellation

Either party may terminate the service by providing written notice.

Clients remain responsible for payment for all work completed before the cancellation date.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Use the website for unlawful purposes.

12. Changes to These Terms

BoostUpSale reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which BoostUpSale operates unless otherwise required by applicable law.
